·        use inductive or deductive approach

6. Editing                                          10 points

·        use specific, accurate & vivid verbs & adjectives

·        avoid first & second person pronouns

·        avoid use of slang

·        use proper writing format

 7. Proofreading                         10 points

While any grammatical error will be a detriment to your grade, special attention  will be given the following:

·        spelling

·        sentence fragments

·        run-on sentences

·        pronoun agreement
