Time Record Sheets
ALTA Time Record Forms must have all yellow copies of the Adult Learners’ Contact Record forms attached. Time Record Forms and backup are due by 12 Noon on Monday. Place white copies in the appropriate box in Kim Gavlick’s office.
These procedures are extremely important in maintaining records as required by funding sources and the College. Without backup documentation, Time Record Forms cannot be approved for payroll, and your pay will be delayed until documentation is provided.
Backup
All Time Record Forms for Part-Time Employees must be accompanied by backup documentation. Backup should include the following:
Adult Learner's Contact Record Form-Completed by or for each learner after each instructional session. See a SAMPLE form.
A.I.R. Time-Additional Instructional Responsibilities is 42% of your
instructional time for that week. The time spent contacting learners,
completing documentation, and/or researching and creating lesson plans is
considered part of the AIR time.
